What is CPR?

Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) is a medical procedure used to restore unassisted breathing and a heartbeat in an individual suffering from cardiac arrest by combining chest compressions and rescue breaths. CPR keeps blood pumping through the body until medical responders arrive on the scene. Note: Only perform CPR on infants who are not breathing independently or are unconscious/unresponsive.

How do I complete the CPR course?

Once you finish the online registration, simply show up to class. No prep is required beforehand. Our program includes all necessary components, skills check-off, and testing from highly experienced trainers. We offer a hands-on and personalized experience while answering all your questions — fulfilling AHA BLS CPR and AED Healthcare Provider certification requirements.

When looking online, be sure to choose a class that has in-person training. Even though online options may seem less expensive, you must complete your skills check-off and written test with a trained professional to be fully certified.
